After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement that we have received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, as all orders will be subject to acceptance by us. Therefore, we will send you a second email confirming acceptance & dispatch of your order. The contact between us will only be made when we send you this second email confirming this & this will cover the items ordered.
We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of your products are available, we will explain this in your acceptance and dispatch email. We will credit any non-available products value back to your payment method.
3. RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation, providing you return the item in its original state and packaging.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If for any reason you would like to return your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist to try and resolve the issue. You have 14 working days to return your item to us in its original packaging. On receipt, we shall inspect the item and contact you with the outcome. If the return is approved, we will refund you via your original method of payment, the refund will be subject to your card issuers timescale and may take a few days. Please note that the delivery return cost is your responsibility and we will not credit you for this.
We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day from receipt of order. Standard delivery is second class royal mail within the UK. Expedited orders will be sent 1st class Royal Mail or Via DHL. International Orders may be subject to local custom, tax, duty, clearance charges which will be your responsibility. Love EMVY will not be liable for any of these charges, we suggest you check these prior to placing an order. Remote areas may not be eligible for the expedited timescales, please check prior to placing your order.
